Price increase 11.10.23

We hope that you are enjoying our new products that we are introducing each week. Our chefs work hard to try out new products that they think you will enjoy and our front of house staff are there to listen to your suggestions for new and tasty ideas.

Your continued support enables us to support our training and food poverty projects, help young people and adults into work, reducing food insecurity and isolation. We thank you for your custom and generosity in supporting our charitable aims.

Over the past year, we have deliberately kept our prices as low as possible and have absorbed all price increases from our suppliers. We reduced our soup price to £1 so that anyone experiencing food insecurity could access hot, good quality food with dignity, in a social setting.

Sadly, we are no longer able to sustain this and with effect from 12th of October, we will increase our prices. We have seen many of our ingredient costs rise by 50%, including butter and eggs, which, as you can imagine we use of lot of! Our energy prices have tripled and we are experiencing supply chain shortages, which again is pushing prices up as we have to move to different suppliers.

You will be pleased to know that our soup price will remain £1.00.
